Ao tentar configurar o serviço REST no Protheus 12.1.23 é apresentado a mensagem de erro:

[ERROR][SSL] [tSSLSocketAPI][Initialize] There is no configuration of SSL cericates for the server. HTTPV11 error port 9090 [-1 - UNKNOW ERROR (WIN)]

Alguma ideia do que pode ser?
