To export Office 365 content, you can use the following steps:

Go to the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. Click on Content search. Create a new content search or select an existing one. Click on Actions and select Export results. Choose the location where you want to save. You can also use third-party tools to export specific types of Office 365 content
